Today, everything is about Trump and Epstein. It is essentially a fact that they were inseparable for over 15 years. Trump has tried to downplay it, but more evidence is being found every day showing just how close they were. Epstein was jailed for trafficking underage girls for sex with wealthy clients. When I was a child, I had a friend with whom I did everything with, and I knew pretty much everything he was doing. My point is that, given his documented, long-term friendship, Trump had to have been aware of what Epstein was up to. Trump either knew of the problem of those children and did not do anything, or he was a participant.  People are acting like this is new News when, in fact, there is nothing new about any of it. People may try to play ignorant, but Epstein’s and Trump's relationship dates back to the 1980s. Could opportunists have made some of the complaints? Sure, I would bet that more than one has, but I would bet that, as the saying goes, “Where there is smoke, there is fire,” and I am pretty sure what we have is one big fire. Are the Epstein files the smoking gun everyone thinks it is?  I don’t know, but what I see is that Trump's entire life is one huge fire. Trump has admitted to going into the dressing rooms at the Miss Teenage Pageant and seeing multiple young girls in various stages of dress. It has been reported that some of those girls were completely naked. That to me is sexual abuse of a minor. The same thing with the Miss Universe Pageant, he went backstage and looked at naked contestants. What we have is a President whom I would not trust with my 17-year-old granddaughter. That type of man should never have been elected President.

So why was an alleged sexual abuser and a man who has been found guilty in a civil court voted to be the President of the United States of America?  I believe it is in the court records that the Judge stated there was enough evidence that Trump committed rape. Not just sexual assault, I believe the Judge said, “Rape”. Trump may say fake news, and his followers will say they believe them. Trump may say the allegations are politically motivated, and his followers will say that that is correct. Could it be they know and don’t care? Could it be they don’t want to know the truth? Could it be their hate is so strong they will believe everything that Trump says, despite when they hear Trump's own recorded words admitting he did some of those things, like saying on the Howard Stern show, admitting some of his transgressions. I can’t believe the people that I know who voted for Trump are that ignorant. Trump paid off a porn star to try and hide he was been cheating on his wife. This is a man who, it looks like it turns out, had multiple affairs with multiple women on multiple wives, and he is now President of the United States. The funny thing is that the Republicans still claim to be the party of family morals. It is also hilarious that the Evangelicals embraced Trump like the second coming of Christ. The man who lived his life just the opposite of Jesus and the Bible was embraced as the light and salvation of the church. He was as much of the anti-Christ as anyone in history, and yet he was embraced as the second coming.

So, what are the Republicans doing about Trump and all of his sexual endeavors and crimes? What are the Republicans doing about investigating the Epstein affair? Why are they claiming that Obama committed treason and should be arrested? That is right. They are blaming Obama for attempting a coup by instigating the Russian Collusion investigation. That is a well-proven defense: when in doubt, blame that Black man because racism still gets you votes. Of course, the Senate did conduct a bipartisan investigation and confirmed there was Russian interference in the 2016 election. To claim Obama instituted a coup is totally ridiculous. What does it accomplish? It is a full press distraction. Investigating Russian interference during the election is a function of the Department of Justice, which is part of the President's sphere of responsibility. The Justice Department's job is to investigate election interference, and they did their job. There was no coup. The Trump administration knows it. The Republican Party knows it. The entire world knows it. The problem is that even though the press knows it is a lie, they are wasting their time reporting on it. Fox News, like much of the Conservative New Media, is spending more time talking about the Obama coup and pretending it is real than they are covering real news stories. Our news media are failing our nation by not investigating real stories and continually reporting on the many distractions and lies the Trump Administration and the Republican Party keep on selling to the American people. Another thing the Speaker of the House did to avoid having to vote on the Epstein situation was to adjourn the House of Representatives every day. The Republican Party has no interest in investigating the truth.

We have a monster in the White House. We have a political party that is more interested in power than in the American People. We have billionaires who are trying their damndest to brainwash the American people. It shouldn’t be up to people like me who should be the mouthpiece for the search for the truth. If the real press were doing what Walter Cronkite would have wanted done, we would not be in this predicament.

This is my continued search on whether Trump has the Character to be President. A person I know stated “His character matters bc it is in the character I believe he has the leadership, knowledge, wisdom, experience, compassion, integrity that will lead us on the path towards a more safe, secure, healthy, prosperous, free world than the direction we are headed.” My last blog looked at his character as integrity from a legal standpoint before he even was elected President. From a legal standpoint there is no way I would have thought he had the integrity to be President. Now I will look at some of his Moral Integrity and Compassion that should be there from the man that sits in the White House.  I have to say something about Donald Trump, he sure is a believer in the institution of marriage. He likes marriage so much that he has said “I do” three times. What his problem with marriage is the actual vow that he has to take. You know that love, honor, and cherish until death do us part. ...
I will tell you that I am no Christian, but I will tell you that I was raised in a Christian household. I was baptized, went to Sunday School, was Confirmed, and attended church into adulthood. Because of that upbringing, I still think about the morals I learned from that religious upbringing. To this day, I judge right and wrong by what I learned in that church. There has been a little bit of a dispute between The Pope of the Catholic Church, the Trump administration, the deportations, and Catholic convert Vance and his use of the concept from the medieval Catholic theology known in Latin as “Ordo Amoris”. I guess Vance has said the concept delineates a hierarchy of care – to family first, followed by neighbor, community, fellow citizen, and lastly those elsewhere. Being raised a Protestant I had never heard of it but then the Lutheran Church has no medieval saint.   I searched on the web and asked if “Ordo Amoris” was in the Bible and the short answer would be “no”. It i...
MAGA called Biden a dictator, a Tyrant, a Nazi, a Communist, and the head of the Biden Crime Family. Biden was, of course, none of those things. Biden was a good Christian man who believed in God and the American system. When Biden said “God Bless America”, he meant it, whereas many politicians say, “God Bless America” only because they want your vote. Many people will say that Biden was weak. I don’t say that he was weak but I understand why some would say that. He believed in the system and he believed in the American people. It was our voice that was supposed to be important. It was not just his responsibility for our Democratic Republic to survive and flourish it was our responsibility too. Have we, as a country, lost our faith in our Democratic Republic? Have we lost the vision that was our Forefathers? Do today's Americans even understand what their vision was? What is a government by the People, of the People for the People?   Is that even close to what we have toda...
